Your club can HAVE FUN, BOOST MEMBERSHIP, AND GAIN RECOGNITION at the 2012 Spring Conference - how cool is that?
From Toastmasters International your club can win:
The Toastmasters International Talk Up Toastmasters RIBBON will be awarded when your club adds FIVE or more new, dual, or re-instated members between February 1 - March 31, 2012.
These clubs will also receive a 10% discount on their next club order from Toastmasters International.
IN ADDITION to the incentives of our parent organization, District 66 will award the following:
ANY club adding five members will receive a full set of modules from the Successful Club, Better Speaker, or Leadership Excellence series.
The Top Three Clubs that enroll the greatest number of new members will receive special District 66 prizes and recognition.
The Top Three Clubs that demonstrate the greatest percentage increase in new members will receive special District 66 prizes and recognition.
ELIGIBILITY:
Contest runs from February 1 - March 31, 2012.
Winners will be announced at the 2012 Spring Conference.
For District recognition* Clubs must email TWO forms of verification BEFORE 11:59pm (EST) on March 31, 2012:
(1) a screen snapshot of the club's membership totals on February 1 and
(2) a screen snapshot of the club's ending membership totals (indicating new members enrolled) on March 31, 2012.
The screen snapshots of the rosters need to be from Toastmasters International website, not your club's website.
(for assistance using the Toastmasters International website, or collecting the required screenshot, contact any District Officer, beginning with your club's Area Governor)
Send final submission email to all three members of the District Trio: DG@district66.org, LGET@district66.org and LGM@district66.org.
Email submissions should be received by April 10, should clearly identify the new members enrolled, and should be able to provide enough before/after information to determine percentage of member growth.
