The Fall District Council Meeting will be held at Fall Conference, at the Hospitality House in Williamsburg, Va, on 5 November at 3pm. At this meeting, club and district leaders will gather to receive reports on the status of the District and to vote on matters of importance to the District. It is our practice to provide materials to be reviewed beforehand, and to make them available 4 weeks in advance of the meeting. Below, you will find downloadable files consisting of the following: Agenda for the upcoming meeting, Minutes from the Spring Council Meeting in Richmond, Year-end audit report (2010-2011), budget for 2011-2012, list of appointments to be approved, and a proxy form.

To vote at the Council meeting, you will need to be a member of the District Executive Committee, a club President, or a club VPE. Club Presidents and VPEs may proxy their vote to another member of the same club using the proxy form below.  All voting officers and proxy holders will need to pick up ballots from the Credentials desk at the Conference, at times to be posted on this site and communicated to clubs in the near future.
