There are a number of things that Division A is trying to do to make all clubs in this area stronger. Key Points I want to go over are:

·       1.  Reason for Appointing, Area Lt Governor’s of Education & 
              Training, and Marketing.
·       2.  Winter Leadership Institute is fast approaching; the dates &
              locations are Roanoke on 1/14 and in Lynchburg on 2/4.
·       3.   Market Research's first date, for making new clubs in around our
              area.
·       4.   Partnering clubs to showcase best practices & give helpful 
              advice on how to handle problems.
